Carrier Roller

Rollers are key components of conveyor systems, supporting both the belt and materials while accounting for a large share of total load and resistance. To ensure durability and smooth operation, Haichuan idlers adopt TK-type seals with double-spring structure, providing reliable dust protection and axial stability. The bearing housings are precision-machined by CNC lathes, and high-precision steel pipes are used to minimize radial runout and improve concentricity, ensuring low resistance, long service life, and stable belt performance under continuous operation.

Conveyor Roller Bracket Frame
The roller bracket frame is an essential structural component of a belt conveyor system, providing stable support for various types of rollers. Haichuan offers complete roller-and-bracket solutions to ensure reliable installation and smooth conveyor operation.
 
Troughing Roller
Troughing rollers are widely used on the carrying side of the conveyor to form a trough shape that stabilizes bulk materials. Haichuan provides troughing idlers in 20°, 35°, and 45° angles to suit different conveying capacities and working conditions.
 
Carrying Roller
Carrying rollers support the upper belt and the conveyed materials, ensuring stable operation and reducing belt deformation. Haichuan carrying rollers are designed for durability and low rotating resistance.
 
Drive Pulley Drum
The drive pulley provides the main driving force for the conveyor belt. Haichuan drive drums are built with high-strength steel and precision machining to ensure stable torque transmission. Optional rubber lagging improves friction, reduces belt slip, and enhances overall conveyor performance in medium- to heavy-duty applications.

Belt Training Roller
Belt training rollers help correct belt misalignment by guiding the belt back to its proper tracking position. Haichuan supplies both carrying-side and return-side training rollers for improved belt stability.
 
Return Roller
Return rollers support the empty belt on its return path. Haichuan offers flat return rollers, rubber disc return rollers, self-aligning return rollers, and V-return rollers to meet different application needs.
 
Impact Roller
Impact rollers use heavy-duty rubber rings or rubber coatings to absorb shock at loading points, reducing belt damage and extending service life. They are ideal for impact zones with high material drop height.
